If the customer is a consumer residing in the European Union, they may use this platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.

We strive to resolve any potential disagreements regarding contracts concluded with our customers amicably through our customer service department. Furthermore, we are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and, as a matter of principle, are not willing to do so.
