Peruvian organic coffee made from 100% Arabica (native to Peru) was found between the years 900-1600. Regardless of the method of preparation, it is a Peruvian coffee that can be used to achieve a deeper realization, excessive acidity or bitterness. The body of the drink is what you need, just like a T-shirt. At medium roast, i.e. espresso, turbo, geyser or French press, coffee from Peru is characterized by a noticeable sweetness: Cocoa, hazelnut, cane sugar and caramel are the most easily perceptible aromas. Citrus fruits play second fiddle, especially oranges and grapefruit with hints of peel, spices and toasted bread. Red apple, cherry and dried fruit are raisins, plums appear on the finish and in the aftertaste.
